Cross posting from the W108 group.

There are (2) W108 near my house that will be be scrapped soon if someone doesn't buy them.
Car #1 is a good running 280S 4-SPEED MANUAL with trashed interior that will probably be a parts car. body is good and straight, car is 100% complete and decent except for the interior. color = white.

Car #2 is a 1967 250S floor shift automatic one-owner car. exterior is white, interior black. interior is very good - seats, headliner, dash is all perfect, carpet needs some work. exterior is very straight but has a few small areas where rust bubbles are popping though. These are visible in the photo i just posted in the new "Seattle" folder. it's been sitting for a few years but started right up with a shot of starting fluid. Again, this is a one-owner car.

If anyone is interested in buying one of them they are aprox $500 each.

If enough of you want parts from these cars I can buy and dismantle them.

I just hate to see a one-owner W108 go to scrap. Also, i will post some photo's soon of my freshly painted 4.5

What's the wood like in the 250S?

Is the AC unit under dash in the 250S?

There are plenty of parts I'd be interested in and would probably be happy to pay $500 for just the parts...getting the car to the Philadelphia region from out there would probably cost too much to make purchasing the entire car worth it.
