When was the last time the suspension was tended to?
Was the harness ever replaced?
I have many questions but you know this car better than anyone. Feel free to give me more details; I am interested; I just need a good motivation to fly from Maryland just to pick it up.

With the low mileage in that climate I doubt the suspension would need much. Maybe shocks if you're picky about having a like new ride.

1992 Did not have wiring harness issues. That makes this a very good year to buy.

This sounds like a great deal and your reputation seems to be in the up and up!
If I decide on this car, I will have to figure out the logistics of travel and vehicle registration so I can travel back with plates. I will ask the MVA (DMV here in MD) about the latter but you have to help me figure out how I would reach your location if I am flying in.

Another thing to help me make my mind up; do you have more pictures with close ups?

Is the 94/95 facelift hood / grill / headlights / corners installed on the car?

The pictures shows the pre-facelifted front end.

If it isn't gone by the 3rd week of January, then I will sell the 500E in which I have a couple of interested parties.

There really isn't enough difference between the 400 and 500 to keep the
500E.

The difference between the 500E and the E60 is way bigger than the difference between the 400E & 500E.

FYI there is a guy on benzworld with a gorgeous midnight blue (best 124 color IMHO) '95 E420 for $2k with or best offer with 100k miles, looks a screaming deal to me!!
