I have been asked to sell a 1982 300D for a customer. This car was his sons first car and the son has moved up to a newer car. The car had a new head gasket with timing chain and guides within the past 4 years (I can provide maintenance records for this work to the new buyer). This car is by far one of the best performing 300D's I have ever had an opportunity to drive. There are a few warts and bumps but overall this is a very good car for the price. The car starts easy and like I said runs great. I'll try to get it on the lift over the next few days and see how everything looks underneath but there is no rust on this vehicle and the seats look great. The dash is cracked, there is a crack in the windshield, the a/c does not work and someone put an axe through the drivers side rear door which has been covered with duct tape. During the drive out it is obvious that the tires need balancing. I would not have any problems driving this car anywhere as it is. It is showing over 260k miles and the a/c does not work which is reflected in the low price. The owner would like to get $2000 for it but will listen to offers. Car is located in south Georgia.
