'86 300SDL Arizona $3400/bo
We're currently driving 1500 miles from WI to AZ for the winter. Car is running great, but wife's back problems has prevented her from driving this car long distance. I drive a truck with stuff each trip, so can't help her out.
It's an '86 300SDL, originally from NM, has 200k+ miles on the body but has an '87 engine with the newer head and about 170K miles. I just replaced the glow plugs, new battery, and it starts, runs, stops fantastically. A/C needs a new compressor, I fixed the heat last fall, fixed the window slider tabs in the rears, passenger front needs a new regulator, stops about an inch from the top, good tires, clean interior, cracks in dash, clear coat peel, door dents, no rust. Slight delay in tranny when you put it in drive. Great car overall, not pretty with the bad paint. PM for pics if interested.

Last chance before donating the car: $700.00. Located in Prescott, AZ, fly in drive it home~!
Clean Arizona car, no rust, a piece of molding fell off by rear door. Replaced all glo plugs in September this year. Car doesn't like cold weather nor altitude. Alda disconnected as well as EGR. Have to plug the car in at night under these circumstances for it to start. Period. Once started, restarts with ease, drives straight down the highway. Needs a MB person to appreciate this car, and one that can fix leaks! We drive it back and from WI to AZ, 1800 miles each way, very reliable. Starts fine at lower altitude and warmer weather. No problem in Wisconsin all last summer. We bought a 2010 Jeep Commander Limited, and have no room for this car.
