1977 300D For Sale $1,000 East Tennessee

Up for sale is my 300D because I am moving to Arizona in the future and don't wish to attempt it with a fleet of cars numbering in double digits. Hence why such a nice car is available at the price of a beater.
I bought this car about a year ago just because I liked it so much. It had a few running issues that I will list below but overall is a charming little car. The white exterior has its share of chips and age marks but buffs to a brilliant gloss. Its a ten foot car on the outside but the interior (navy MB tex) is absolutely stunning for a w123. There is body rust in the usual places (especially where the Evil Servo lurks.) I am a welder so this did not frighten me. The engine has massively good compression and it felt like one of the strongest w123 N/A's I've ever driven. It also has a manual glow plug system that I prefer to the automatic one on the later cars. A 4-spd would make this a very fun car. She supposedly has 115k miles but I suspect the cluster was swapped in from a lower mileage car, so I've always considered her a total mileage unknown vehicle. The hood ornament is fine but I took the photos with it cocked to one side. oops. The tires are basically new.

This car was always the black sheep of my fleet when it came to labor. I never got around to the work because I was the primary caregiver for my granny who was dying from heart failure, and lung disease for the last two years. I could have sent her to a Nursing Home but promised her I wouldn't. I am a man of my word, so she was able to stay in her home and receive care from me right up until her last breath. Because of this the 300D was always on the back burner and I didn't get the chance to bring her up to my usual standards. There is a good sized "to do" list for this car but shes a very honest example of the first year w123's.

-Change all shocks (I have 4 Bilstein HD's new in the trunk.)
-Engine mounts, trans mount, check all 4 wheel bearings, swap oil cooler lines.
-Fix ACC (climate control/evil servo.) it blows ambient air weakly on def only.
-control arms, tie rods, center link
-sluggish windows
-needs brake booster, flush brake lines, check pads and rotors all around
-adj valves, change oil, check chain stretch
And assorted other bits. I never got to drive this car as much as I wanted to, only taking her on breif spurts of about ten to fifteen miles at a time. I only drove her long enough to confirm it was a good candidate for a daily driver when the right work is completed.
Please fire away with questions.
