1983 Mercedes Benz 300D located in Danbury, CT

222k Miles, All power options work except drivers side bck window, AC (but heat it is fine), and rear defroster is a bit weak.

Runs & drives well. Just replaced both fuel filters, replaced the rear muffler section and replaced the battery with a new one.

Also Brake lines, brake caliper, front brake pads, shifter bushings, new transmission modulator, valve adjustment done, rear windshield seal, fuel lines to and from diesel tank were recently replaced..

So did the car originally have a blue interior or palomino? How is the heat and a/c?

The car originally had a palomino interior, but the drivers seat was heavily worn and replaced with a much nicer blue one.

The heat works but the air conditioner does not - there is no ac compressor in the car

Ah I see that now. I was looking on my phone earlier and couldn't see the pictures very well. Looks very similar to my now sold 300D. Good luck with the sale!

Is the rest of the plumbing for the AC present, just not the compressor?

I think the rest of the AC plumbing is there but I know the AC compressor is completely missing.
