FS: SL500 '95
 

My 95 SL500 is For Sale. Smoke Silver metallic with Parchment interior. Over 10K in parts added in last three years. I've only driven it 6K miles in 5 yrs. Virtually every mechanical system has been renewed, especially, all major wiring harnesses replaced with new, including the electronic throttle-body rebuilt by BBA Reman., new ABS front brake wiring harness, and major suspension components (shocks, shock mounts, springs, lower control arms w ball joints) replaced with parts taken from a donor '97 SL with 6K on the odometer. Rebuilt A/C compressor, repaired evaporator, new hoses, Zerex antifreeze, a/c relays. New steering box, convertible top hydraulics rebuilt, new convertible top windows, new 7 yr battery. Cross-drilled and slotted rotors and brake pads. New O2 sensor. Seat bottom, center section, new leather. Wood/leather steering wheel upgrade. New distributor caps, rotors, wires and Bosch Iridium plugs. Air and cabin filters are new. Recent Castrol Synthetic oil change. Trans and rear diff fluids have been changed includes torque converter. Pirelli's and Road Force wheel balance and recent alignment. Under the front hood insulation is new. Front headlamp trim pieces are all new.
