I am selling my prized 1995 Mercedes Benz E300d with only 46k miles on it. It has been garage kept all of its life and is in like new shape. There is no other e300d that will compare to this car (unless it were brand new : ). I am selling this car to fund an adoption (not cheap). There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Car is located in Houston, Tx.

This is the last of the W124 Body style and it took me 6 years to find this car. I was planning on having my three year old daughter learn to drive in it, but I will have to let someone else live that dream. I am the second owner of this car, and the previous owner was a San Antonio Surgeon, who's wife drove this car ONLY on Fridays to meet her husband for lunch at the downtown medical district. This was one of HER three cars, and it was donated to the local television station by the doctor. The local television station then went to sell it (so they can cash out their donation) and that is where i bought it (several years ago).

-1995 W124 E300d White (Texas Friendly)
-46,000 miles
-Khumo KH21 80,000 mile tires with only 6,000 miles on them
-As mint as you can get a car of this age. This car looks in better shape than most current cars on the road.
-Always garaged
-Ice Cold AC
-EGR delete mod (intake manifold has zero soot inside, totally clean) -Everything works except the external temperature sensor (gives *F that is incorrect). I mean everything else, most people just say this in the ads, but it is true for me.
-Rear bumper cover repainted by insurance, after scratched in parking lot. Done via insurance claim.
-New headliner installed 3 years ago.
-Installed Wireless Lock/Unlock Remote with built in Flip keys, along with the regular key, valet key, and small key that fits in your wallet. (see pictures)
-Added Ipod connection to stock radio (looks soooo much better than a crappy Super Flashy new stereo receiver)
-Added a Auto dimming Rear View mirror with Compass, and Homelink (3 garage door opener buttons)
-Added Huper Optik DREI Ceramic Window Tint ($600) Ferrari of window tints, compares to nothing.
-Considering that you can not find another car in this shape, this age, this mileage. This is one of the rare Mercedes cars that actually requires NO work, when you buy it. Usually 99% of older Mercedes cars need $2000+ dollars to be invested in it, right after purchase, just to fix up little things or deferred maintenance. This car falls into the 1%.

Was the wiring harness addressed, as some of the 95's had an issue and I am not sure if the 300D was one of them.

The wiring harness has not been replaced yet. I have checked it out while the injector pump rubber gaskets were replaced and the wires were in great shape. I don't know if it has to do with being in a garage all of its life.

i am not sure about the specifics of the engine wiring harness. i know this one is good.

That model car has 2 inherit flaws. One was already pointed out as the wiring harness. The other is the evaporator in the dash. Have either one of them needed attention?
