My apologies...

I apologise for the lack of response. I'm very new to this type of forum, so I'm only now writing back. I don't see the 300 hits Quahog is referencing.

It's worth noting that my work involves shipping of humanitarian aid worldwide, so I am able to arrange shipping to most locations worldwide (reputable locations, that is).

Have a great week, and feel free to ask any questions you might have. I'll try to keep an eye on this forum more regularly.

2 cents worth of advice

This is my first post here, but comes with a few years of MB experience. I'm on my third 123 wagon, currently drive an 85 with 270K, recently sold an 84 123 wagon with an estimated near 500K on it. First one was a real (short) learning experience. I shopped, and lurked here, for quite a while, as well.
My advice is this; If the AC truly needs just a charge, get it charged. The vehicle will sell a lot faster, and it shouldn't cost that much relative to the selling price. By not fixing it and trying to convince potential buyers it's a cheap fix, you just raise red flags about an otherwise nice looking car. You don't need to cast those seeds of doubt. If it's a more costly fix, you should be able to add that to the price of a car this nice.
Can you tell I'm weary of that "just needs a charge" line I've heard so many times, and got burned on with this current driver?
All the best to you, and the future owner! Please take this post in a "trying to help" mode, not trying to dis your car, just sharing from my experience.
Bob

I imagine the main reason for the small amount of perceivable interest is the price. That, I imagine, is the main issue.

It also doesn't help that you say "EVERYTHING works", but 3 lines below that we have the AC issues. People look at AC as a "system", not the sum of its components. Who cares if the compressor works, presumably, if the system doesn't work.

I'm sorry, I was wrong about the main reason:

A rogue T kills it every time!!!

Good point...

BobBushLouKy, JimmyL, and Quahog,

I appreciate the input, and I take it as constructive criticism only.

What you're saying makes sense, and I'll refill it and update the status. Should have done this from the start. Thanks!

Are you sure it's the main issue? Or are you just imagining it?

Sorry if that also merited an ironic pop culture reference. I don't know how to do those.

Edit: Underlining = thank you Hogweed for the pop culture reference
