I'm selling my E320 wagon after 3 years of ownership. Tectite over charcoal, not very common it seems. I liked driving a 'newer' car but I've decided that I would like to pursue a diesel W124 for my commuting purposes. The car has 197,XXX miles with some of the typical repairs done: EGR, conductor plate with plug, front CV axles, water pump, idler pulley, accumulators, nice new windshield. The front end will likely need some bushing replacement and the winter tires could use replacing soon. The only rust, half dollar sized spot on tailgate and quarter sized bubble in the middle of FR fender. The interior is in fair shape.

My asking price in the ad is $4300, near the 'fair' market value with the mileage. I gave myself some room for the craigslist chisel-downers, so I'm open to any offer.
