Yes a glass 'moon" roof. Original?
And it has electric windows AND manual cranks. Electric added later?
The pic of the console shows the arm rest tip with typical leather wear marks.
What year was the W126 phased in?
Great cool car. Someone will snap it up.

not stateside yet, wonder how difficult the title will be?

Either way, if anyone contacts the owner tell him/her to bring more of these home!

Title will be easy, it's over 25 years old. My 74 Bronco importation was super easy.

It's an original USA vehicle so no problem anyway. Any 25 year old vehicle will have to comply to CA emissions if you want to title it there by the way. EPA works different in CA. Unless pre 1966.

He got tired of the electric ones breaking and bending so he installed manual cranks. Hard to find electric window stuff in Europe. Then again, he is lazy too so he left one electric one for the driver which I thought is funny.
W126 is 1981 onwards.

sunroof worked when I saw it back then and is aftermarket US sunroof, not Mercedes. I bet it needs lubricated and generally messed with to get it to operate.. I'm sure it leaks and has dried out seals and all that stuff Cali cars get

Many euro MB's came with crank drivers and the others power, or crank front rear power windows. You could order them essentially any way you wanted....

Isn't this worth more in Europe than in the US?

The taxes/inspections and hoops to jump through over there to keep an old car on the road likely make it borderline worthless there.
