Interesting car.
I guess it's priced right, considering it's high-miles for it's price - but would want to do a background check on it, i.e. Carfax & Autocheck to confirm what is being claimed by the seller. Also, would need to see in-person to verify the paint job as in fact being original, and to see what 'doctoring' the car has undergone. |

Years ago I purchased a 85 300TD from the guy selling the 240D. He is a very reputable individual to deal with during car shopping.

Remember---
There are no Carfax or Autocheck reports for cars prior to 1981. They are only available for 17 digit vins, which older cars don't have.

A beauty but the URO seal (windshield?) is sorta worrying, where else did they use cheap parts?
It seems to be a reasonable price considering how much they can go for when they are in that good of shape.

What is truly unique about this car is the interior condition, really really remarkable. The paint on the trunk lid looks toast, like it was parked in the sun all the time-no colour reflections just faded/dull-that would also explain the rear window seal cracking. Nice car, priced right in most cases for a dealer...it lacks close up photos of the trim and plastics to see if it is truly mint or just sun faded/cracked/worn as most are.
