FS in Pa-1995 e300d 217k $2000

1995 e300d
smoke silver w/ tan int
interesting car that has potential
runs and drives very well
has been starting ok in the 20 degree weather around here but the glow system needs some work
idles a little rough
delivery valve seals need replacing-i bought them and the socket and then waited for the weather to get cold so i could avoid doing it
a/c compressor was removed and a shorter serp belt installed.
i replaced the water pump and have been getting 29 mpg despite the fuel leak
doesn't seem to have rust but paint is bad.
it is possible this car was run on liquefied dead racoons or anything else they could find so there's that.
i'll try to get some pics up tomorrow
pm if interested

Alternative fuels hater!

I have 500,000 miles on my 300td on dead racoons. I tried skunks but the exhaust from racoon guts rocks.

Looks like a war machine. Would be cool to put a 5-speed in it and drive it. Why sell it?

Aside from the missing compressor is the rest of the a/c still there? Can you check the jack holes for rust? Is this the car that you showed me when I was up there last year?

For the newer diesels, you could collect the raccoon urine before liquefying it to take of care of the urea tank, too.
