Fs: '84 300dt,139k, Must Sell

I have a 1984 300D with 139K miles, in BEAUTFUL shape in and out. No crakcs on dashboard, no tears in upohlstery, seats all firm and supportive, like new carpet, CD player, Beautifully reflective wood trim, like-new headliner.
Paint is original, and VERY pampered, waxed on avg 3 times a month, no scratches, shines like a mirror, all trim intact, wheels in good shape, headlight surrounds like new, no cracks, tailight lenses as new aswell. looks as though tis been restoored. detailed once a week.
The enigne runs wonderfully, had valves adjusted recently, oil changed just abot every 3-4k miles, brakes done in the past 10K. I have most reciepts.
I bought the car a year ago wiht 102k miles, and make trips at least once a week to bay area in car (about225 miles round trip) which is why iv racked up soo many miles in a year.
Transmission shifts great.
Needs- The a/c compressor is on its way out, air is cool, blows strong, but not cold, and not all the time. Air Filter Housing Bracket is loose, so car rattles at idle sometimes. right rear window regulator needs to be replaced.
This car is truly pampered, and in unbelievebale condition. I am selling only because i want an 85 with the upraded transmission in Midnight Blue. MUST SELL.

Pictures of car are avialiable via email.

Cheers!
