whats it worth? 87 model, 1 female owner who concourse/showed the car at Mercedes club events in the 90s then retired the car, blue/black color 5 speed all original and museum quality clean. Only things on the car that were not there on day 1 is the new tires and a painted pinstripe. A true time capsule car. Heavily documented with all manuals brochures and contest results including a few best of show and first place showings. Have these cars reached the $20k plus mark yet?

Maybe. I'm in the range of $15-$20k.

Ok thanks guys, I sold my last one on ebay for 19k but it was a 1 off renntech engine swap car. This car is all original white glove clean even the undercarriage , it's rediculous actually. Museum pc that I'm battling not to modify.

Take great pics (underside too) and list it for $20k. If it's as good as you say, you might get your $20k. The 16v's are hot right now.

needs:
* new hood pad & hood strut (ordered and on the way)
** lap timer screen is bleeding (ordered and on the way)
*** Instrument Gauges do not illuminate (rheostat probably) Going to look into it
**** Clock in gauge cluster not working (everything else in gauge cluster works)

Worst of all- 3 dings in passengers side from folding table falling on car from upper shelf in garage. Looks like 2 (hood and roof) paintless dent removal can fix,1 is through paint on upper front passenger door just in front of mirror)




Worth mentioning, 2 big ticket items recently done, had new A/C compressor and dryer, late 2013

Also late 2013 received complete rear SLS suspension overhaul including 2 new SLS shocks, accumulators, fluid container/hydraulic fluid. All work done at Mercedes dealership.$5k in receipts from just that work.

Of course has all pamphlets window sticker brochures Pirelli pamphlet ,anything that came with the car is here. Original tool kit is in a sealed plastic bag that says 190E on it. Never opened. Spare tire has original instruction card attached to the wheel.Original becker radio with original speakers and non cracked speaker grills. Windows have never been tinted.

I guess its not concourse but she's a pretty car.
