I am finally "giving up the ghost". With the help and advice of forum members, I have kept this car in pretty decent running shape for 12 years. Now, it won't start, and I just don't have the time or energy to spend on it.

Last time it wouldn't start, my mechanic adjusted the valves and all was good. He didn't give me any compression specs, but said the engine was "tired". He has since closed his shop, so I'm without a mechanic. This time around, it might be something minor (and stupid), or the need for a full-on engine rebuild. I'm leaving it to someone with more mechanical ability than myself. Steve, 253-740-7820.
