1985 Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.3 8V Euro NF
I have a very clean, 1985 Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.3 8V Euro. This car has less than 111,000 (mileage will go up, as I daily drive it) all original miles for being a 30 year old car. The car has been very well taken care of by previous owners and by me. Car is rust free. I am the 3rd owner of this beautiful car.
So cosmetically, the car has a few things that need to be fixed. The rear passenger door has a dent in it that is about 2"x2", the door strips on the bottom need new clips (total of 34 clips @ $0.92 each), the MB-Tex on the door where the windows are need to be re-glued (not a big deal, just from the sun)and there is a small 2" tear in the headliner on the passenger side behind the sunroof. Other things that need some work are the following, but to me they don't affect drive-ability: The sunroof needs a new relay, drivers power seat works but for passenger seat to work, needs relay SR9850 and 1A Diode soldered in fuse panel, needs 2 new exhaust hangers. also needs rear control arm bushings. Will eventually need flex plate bushing in the rear but not detrimental. This car has never been in any car accidents. Car has been repainted with Genuine Mercedes-Benz Paint 172 anthracite grey (anthrazitgrau). and has the Original MB-Tex 174 Saffron for interior. The specs for this car are as follows: 1985 Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.3 8V Engine: M102.985 with Bosch KE-Jetronic Fuel Injection with 105 kW (140.750 HP) Transmission: 722.4 4G Tronic (used in 1982-1983 w201 and 1993-1996 w202) Curb Weight: 3030lbs Model Designation: w201/Baby Benz Here is what has been replaced: transmission filter-Genuine Mercedes-Benz transmission pan gasket-Genuine Mercedes-Benz transmission fluid (AMSoil Synthetic OE) distributor cap-Bosch rotor-Bosch spark plugs-Bosch Super 7570 H8DC (very rare and hard to find since they are original 1985 plugs) spark plug wires-Bosch 09141 both transmission coolant lines- FCP Euro water pump-FCP Euro fan clutch-FCP Euro electro-magnetic fan- FCP Euro engine coolant temperature sensor-Beck/Arnley thermostat-Beck/Arnley fan clutch thermostat sensor-Beck/Arnley new power antenna new rear window regulators and motors Current wheels are Maas M205MB 5x112 66.6 hub bore.
