what kind of mileage do you get with this diesel?

around 28.. I have gotten 30 once with a real grandma foot. That is really painful in this car, there are two throttle positions, on and off. You generally drive in the on position.

I'm going to update this list since I did some things, broke the bumper this weekend and went over the car:

1 - Injectors. They work, but when cold runs rough.
2 - Front bumper - cracked this weekend. Oops.
3 - rear antenna. Works but needs boot and mast.
4 - LCD display - temp display broken. I have a replacement
5 - rust spot behind right head light. Needs to be take care of with some POR15 or something.
6 - sunroof - works, but switch is finicky. will not home automatically
7 - misc trim as seen in pictures
8 - rear brake light tab broke.

I love this beautiful blue....such a rare color...I am really surprised this car has not sold?

I did run a car fax and noticed it shows 4 owners. 3 since 2007. But no accidents and it has been serviced a few times at MB of Manhattan! Fancy.

Yeah I took it to MB of NYC a few times... I gave the car to my father, then he gave it back two years ago. I purchased it in Ohio 2005 or so... Thus the 4 owners, but its really only two. I'm a bit dumbfounded by the lack of interest in a w124 right now. Id say they have hit rock bottom! Since w123s are getting hard to find in decent condition, Id say the w124 is about to go up in value a bit.

Yes there is lots of interest now at that price. 2100 without the snows, I got a buyer for those at 300$

AG, if it's still available Thanksgiving weekend, I might be able to give it a new home. I'll keep an eye on this thread.

Still here.. I'm really unmotivated again on selling, the snow is about to fall and the W123 is apart for climate control fix and Becker radio re-install. Snows will go back on the car at the end of this month.

Sure drop by Thanksgiving weekend.

PS - please if you buy an old Mercedes, please don't hack the radio off! ARG!

If you're "really unmotivated again on selling," then really no point in my stopping by. Sounds like you want to drive it through the winter.

Well if you want it, drop by. You nice guy. I'm just not pushing the sale, I think I will take if off Craigslist and stop the low ball emails from coming in.

By the way, went to cars and coffee a the steel stacks. Huge disappointment.

Car is sold.. A dude came by with cash and took it away just now.
$2,000 without the snow. I have the snows sold for $300.

A shame these cars are worth so little!
