• Model: 1992 W124 300D 2.5 Turbo Diesel
• VIN: WDBEB28D7NB560711
• Miles: 136,000 (I drive it 2 to 3 times a week so miles will go up a little)
• Color: White with gray lower molding. Gray interior (MB Tex)

Good stuff:
• Low miles and plenty of documentation to support that it is actual (odo has worked the entire time I’ve owned it as well)
• Clean CarFax, clear title, no liens, I have possession of the title.
• Head gasket, vacuum pump, and AC compressor? Done!
• Very clean interior, no evidence of smokers ever.
• I’ve kept it in the garage since I’ve owned it and appears all prior owners have too.
• The paint shines and the clear coat isn’t peeled. I’ve machine polished it and hand waxed it.
• It drives straight, it brakes straight with no goofy vibrations.
• I put new Michelin Premiers on it at 122k (line item below) rotate every 5k. Even wear all four.
• Fresh pads, rotors all four and rear calipers.
• Belly pans still in place and intact. (Front one has some scratches/wear)
• Engine has NEVER gotten hot on me even in summer with A/C. Fans come on like they’re suppose to.
• Turbo spools consistently with no odd noises etc. 13~14psi. I did do the vacuum to pressure actuated mod (great mod!) and installed a small boost gauge on lower dash near driver knee and radio. All factory parts kept.
• Oil changed every 5k. Uses very little oil in between.
• Transmission operates properly.
• Sunroof works well and doesn’t leak. The seal does show age.
• Door seals are in great condition and keep wind and rain out no problem.
• All 4 windows go up and down properly. All glass (not windshield) is tinted professionally and tastefully.
• New Alpine head unit, new speaker wires to doors and deck. All 6 speakers new. Bluetooth, ipod etc. New antenna wire to trunk. Sounds pretty darn good actually. Original Becker is included in sale. When I had the front door panels off I saw no evidence of rust and lubed the window mechanisms.
• Spare tire and tools all there and excellent. A bit of a time warp.


Things to consider:
• It’s nearly 25 years old. It’s driven multiple times a week. Very good condition overall, but not perfect.
• The vehicle does show normal wear and tear like a few small dings, slight scratches and chips. (Front lower valance shows its age)
• The right fender has rust on the inner portion near the turbo intake (I’ve read this is fairly common). That said it is pretty confined and I’ve placed neutralizer on it.
• The rims show nicely, but they do show normal wear. No heavy curbing. (Akebono front/Wagner rear pads keep brake dust minimal)
• The power seat switches work most of the time, but can be moody. Maybe cleaning, otherwise replacement in the future. (All other electrics fine, even the rear defrost grid!)
• There is a slow oil leak from the trans cooler hose.
• There is a slow leak from the power steering pump.
• I have the original first aid kit, but it’s a little crinkly
• Headliner is dropped a bit, but in no way a nuisance.
