I have a true 5Speed 240d imported from Europe in its complete state for sale. Cloth, Mpump, manual everything, bumpers, sanden AC compressor and bracket.

It has everything and is a running driving car. It does need bushings for the shifter and probably a MC or Slave as the clutch doesn't hold pressure for very long. It is totally drivable in this state for those not weak of heart.


These are things anyone would be replacing during a swap anyway so I don't think it is a big deal.

I have been emailing with a few folks who have wanted more interior pics and info. I would not save the body on this car but someone else might, it has poorly repaired hinge pocket rust and was parked for a little while with a leak somewhere.

I starts easily, runs, drives, generally functions pretty well for an unrestored car and could be limped home if you are brave or delivered in town to a shipper and easily loaded on a trailer if needed.

That said the Euro specific parts are in good to very good shape so they are ripe for swapping into another body. anyway.... The white smears on the door handles and elsewhere looks to be a spray lubricant, I took off the worst one on the seat off pretty easily.

I think ive got the same seats from a 82 in my garage and im only 90 miles up the road from you(Goldsboro) so if some one gets her and needs seats ive got some

thanks for the bump! I wonder if yours escaped the drivers side bolster wear problem as thats the only blemish these have.... other than being real dusty!!

Code 411 is for the manual sliding roof & code 428 is for the 5-speed tansmission.

any interest in parts? motor bumpers complete interior? I would have no problem selling the manual parts separate but don't want to end up with a lot leftover.

any interest at $2000 for the whole car complete titled with running driving euro pumped 616? make a euro 5 speed out of your 300d?!?!?!?!

really don't want to do a bunch of labor parting this out. Will also consider trades for toyota pickup trucks, 1985 or older four cylinders variants, engine condition not important or miles.

also consider same vintage or older BMW motorcycles "airheads" (If mercedes made bikes Id have one) gotta stay german.

Sure I bet it would, I can't think of any reason it wouldn't make it up there. It was the previous owners daily driver with the clutch pressure issue causing it to be parked.
