1983 300SD for Sale, Northern VA.

Mileage - 305k

Texas/CA car originally. Bought in CA drove it coast to coast in 2013 to where it is now.

Driven daily to work approx 30 miles round trip.

Runs ok. Vibrates at idle/air cleaner mount issues as a result. Rear end is ok, but symptoms of being worn.

Has the trunk leak issue.

Body in great shape. Faded paint on trunk lid and part of roof. Hood repainted, and most of roof repainted as well.

Little rust.

Oil pressure indicator in dash doesn't work, it's a ground issue. Related to the ground issue is the tach...it works but sometimes you have to turn headlights on and off...weird.

Other than that, mostly plastic issues/interior that are 33 years old. Cracked dash, buttons fell out of HVAC controls, cracked rear door panels, seats need to be redone.

Extra parts (original alternator, old injectors, air cleaner assembly, extra glow plugs, filters etc.).

Will throw in the the toolbox w/ tools in the trunk (Harbor "Fright").

A/C is ICE COLD!!!!!!! and converted to R134.

I have mnx records from p/o back to 91 scanned in...huge file...

Selling because I have kids in school now and can't continue to tinker...plus it is really difficult in DC area traffic/495 etc.
