I have owned this car for 11 years and have kept it very well maintained. It has 231,540 miles on it and runs great though it is not free from rust. I recently installed a new radiator, water pump, hoses, fan control module and a fuel cutoff solenoid (About $1,000.00). The reason I am selling the vehicle is because my daughter graduated from college and decided she wanted to take on a car payment.

The lower control arm on the drivers side was just replaced as well as the ball joints on both sides. The lower control arm bushings on the passenger side were also done. The Pirelli P7 all Season tires have less than 7000 miles, with a transferable warranty from Discount Tire. The front brakes and rotors have less than 6000 miles using Beck Arnley Rotors, and Akibono brake pads. The radiator, water pump, and hoses less than 1,300 miles. Launched the A/C compressor several years ago when the compressor took a slug, so the compressor is fairly new. I replaced the A/C dryer and expansion valve. Turns out it was the above $122.00 fan control unit. After playing around with not realizing the cooling fan was not turning fast enough. A few years ago, the drivers side upper A-frame was replace by a Mercedes sanctioned garage for all of us that know of this problem. The passengers was checked and found to be still rigid.

Everything works. I have a book that I do for all my cars to track all the work and oil changes. I only use Mobil 1 or Castro synthetic oil in all my cars. The car has always started in the coldest winter. It burns no oil. I believe it has a block heater, but have never used it. That rust isn't a big deal at all for anyone who can weld. New set of doors and fenders and hit a grinder on the arches and see what is solid and isn't. Easy fix. Just did that on my $500 98 e300, plus replaced the outer rocker. I'd buy it if I was closer. That's a pretty good deal.
