just an update- found one and picked it up today- Silver 2005 with 101K. It was only 5 miles from my house.. Thanks for the assistance, will post on the other threads about it.

Craigslist. I had my alerts on for all of Texas but it wasn't picked up, I manually searched.

I can tell you the price but don't get mad , I got it for $6300. It needs a an oil level sensor, $106, already ordered.

Other things are minor aesthetic (crack in DS door sill plastic, 2 small punctures in DS seat, broken "Mercedes" chrome pieces that sit on those sills, and missing the spare tire). I will replace/repair those minor things, budgeting about $500-800 for all, just depends on the seat price. Whenever I get a chance to hit a junkyard like LKQ. Then it will be like new.

Thanks. And I appreciate your help on the search. Most with miles like mine were twice or more. And still for sale. Or for the price I paid had 200K on them.

There is a nice one at Capital Motors in Dallas, 180K for 6950. I thought hard about it because the carfax showed it was dealer maintained in Harlingen (south texas) all it's life with excellent records. In case someone is interested, that seems like a great car.

Thank you. I was willing to spend more for the right one, ie int/ext colors and sub 150K(ideally 120k) miles. I just couldnt find the right color combo that wasn't in Houston (thanks harvey). No complaints about spending less though, LOL

I have a really well-cared for 2005 E320 CDI. It has 147K miles on it. It has been serviced by the selling dealer in the Atlanta area since day one. I would never own a black car in Atlanta, so my car is silver with a light grey interior. I have all the records for everything ever done to the car. It was never driven in the Atlanta commute and has always been garaged here in the suburbs. It has never had a major problem, and all minor problems were dealer serviced immediately. I am asking $10,000 for my baby.
