It's my birthday and my wife bought me a 2005 E320 CDI so I'm selling two of my 240D's. I going to start by trying to sell the pair. One is a White one with only 31K miles. The other is a Black with 170k. Both have OM617 motors and Getrag 717.400 5 speeds.
The white one was built by someone else and is very special. When it had 14K miles on it he decided to repower it with a new, crate, full motor and accessories at a cost of 14k. He then bought from Germany a new 717.400 tranny. While he had the motor and tranny out he did an 8k paint job and a new interior. It also has Euro bumpers and 17" AMG wheels. In all he spent 53K on the car. Since I got it I put in a 2.88 rear end, upgraded sound system with Bluetooth, and auto door locks. It is in excellent condition.
The Black one had a motor swap from a donor car with 70k miles on it and a second hand 717.400. The car was repainted and is in overall good condition. The trunk lid is not perfect but you have to look hard to find the imperfections. It also has the 2.88 rear and upgraded stereo. It is also in very good condition.
I am asking $14K for both cars and for that price I will throw in a spare 717.400 plus a 4 speed. I am not interested in separating the two at this time. I will try here first then Craigslist and Ebay. IM me for any questions. The cars are in Whittier in Southern California.

I'm fond of white cars as I spend a lot of time in the Desert .
