I’m selling a 1984 300D and I’d like to give the forum first crack at the car before I list it on craigslist or something.
The car is a good car but not perfect. It has fresh paint, clean interior, as well as a brand new Kenwood head unit and speakers all around. I ended up with this car through a myriad of trades and repairs and this is everything I know about it:
The car has had an engine replacement and the replacement is very strong. I apologize that I can’t upload video of it right now but I literally smashed my phone just a few hours ago so there’s no way that video is getting on the internet any time soon. The engine starts up, even in the cold, very well. The transmission is solid but I tend to adjust the kickdown a little out of “spec” so if you’re not a fan of harder shifts you might want to change that. Other than that the car runs and drives fine.
The car is located in Texas (77808) but I can deliver. The one thing I’ll say about that is please don’t expect me to drive halfway across the country for free; Hauling a car takes a lot of fuel.

I’ll get try to get more photos video but with a busted phone it may take a little longer.

Ive seen it first hand ,its a very clean example .I would be over their but had an injury that put me back a couple of months as savings where low already.Matt ,good luck with it ,ill keep in touch .

So has the blue dash been replaced with a black one? Never seen blue interior and black dash.

Are you saying that the vac modulator is out of adjustment and gives hard shifts? If so, why not adjust it?
