500SEC for sale in England
Dear Chaps, I have recently bought a 560SEC and it sadly means that I am not using mu 500SEC.
It is an 85 model, the body is reasonable except for the front wing where my wife 'parked it gently' causing a slight crease. The engine has been rebuilt with new chains, valves and seals. It goes really well and returns a regular 22-24 mpg. It has been lowered 45m.m. and wears fairly new continental tyres. I am sorry to part with him but I do not want him to decay, anybody interested? Regards, Chris. |

Not sure how to use this yet
dear hannes, The car is basically standard except for being lowered 45m.m. and the self leveling disconnected, (It goes around corners really well). The engine was rebuilt at the top end with new chains, new valves and valve guides. It does have a leak at the back of the engine and the gearbox is showing signs of wear with laboured changes and lots of revs. The exhaust is good the wheels and tyres good. My wife caught a parked car with the front wing and put a crease in it. I am interested in any offer and will be happy to see the car go to a good home where it will be given some attention and used. I am afraid I am still in need of some bits to be able to send you a digital picture but the gold paintwork flatters so much so that you cannot see the crease very well. If you are in England and are interested drop me an Email and we can arrange something. Rest assurred if I get another offer I will tell you in time. Regards, Chris.
