Is this a turbo? Is it European? It seems as though it has all the European features (front power windows, manual trans. and climate control). Did you replace the Euro speedo with American? (if of course it was Euro). 4 spd. or 5 spd? Smokey? When was the last time you had the valves adjusted? I know I just PMed you, but I just now came up with these questions.

Are their any vacuum leaks (locks work)? You can e-mail with replies if you'd like. How long have you owned it? Do you have any records/receipts? I should probably be e-mailing you with these questions so we can do the rest over PM or e-mail.

want '71 280 sel
no turbo yes euro just repaired speedometer, reads in mph up to 100 owned for just over 1 year have not adjusted valves yes it's a little smokey all the locks work, no vac leaks that i'm aware of no records or receipts from previous owners

Could you please send me some more pictures? Especially those of rust or interior imperfections? One the drivers seat, is the front broken? It looks as though the pad is sagging in the front.

starts fine in the winter, real easy if you plug it in. glow plugs and pre glow timer were replaced in the last year. i will send pics to your email. let me know

SOMEONE HAS TO HAVE A GOOD USE FOR THIS CAR. THE PARTS IN IT ARE WORTH MORE THAN THE COST, AND IT RUNS REAL NICE
