Also, what exactly is "veggy conversion"?

When you say "most everything works", I have to ask, what does that mean exactly?

I have been looking for the right wagon for some time. Would appreciate additional details. Maybe this is the one??

A veggy conversion is converting the car to run on vegetable oil. This car was not converted to run on Veggy.
By "most" i mean there are a couple things not in working order. The cruise control doesn't hold speed, but will accelerate and decelerate. (Update: Cruise Control Works!!)It worked a month ago, but am not sure what happened or what is wrong.
The transmission is a little weird. It will shift hard between 1st and 2nd and 2nd and 3rd at around 3000 - 3800rpm. It will not shift from 3rd to 4th unless I let off the gas a little. It downshifts fine. I don't believe there is anything wrong with the trans. It just needs to be fine tuned. I am currently working on solving the problem but have not up to this point. I could be wrong. (Update: Trans is still a little weird I still do not believe it is the transmission. I'm beginning to believe the ALDA is the problem. Looking to replace it if I find one. Any suggestions?)
I t has some oil leaks around the breather tube (No longer leaks around breather tube upgrade to a different breather)and also the rear main seal.
The radio also only works intermitently.
This car runs like a champ at 8000ft so I would imagine at sea level it would do even better.??
All electrical works(Update: rear Drivers side window will only roll up from the back not at the console) and the automatic locks work too as well as the electric antenna.

When refreshing the car.
Did you replace the rear lightbulbs?

If you did,are they european wattage
bulbs?

If not, that will affect the way the cruise control works.
