WANTED: any fintail or w108 non V8
I am looking for any kind of fintail. Don't know if I want gas or if I can risk my life enough to go for the diesel. I am leaning more towrds a 220S/SE or 230S. I prefer the front ends better on the S. For the w108, I would like anything. I would prefer as small of a motor as possible such as 250S/SE. Fuel injection would be nice for its added power and economy.

Hi,
I have a nice 1965 190Dc fintail I would be willing to sell if you are interested. It is an original Chehalis, Washington car and it only has approx 105,000 original miles on it. I have records and documents to supplement the miles and I am the second owner. It has been garaged since I bought it in 1994 and is in really good shape. It is a light blue color with red tex interior. The driver's seat has a tear in it but everything else is great. There are no cracks in the dash and the chrome work is pretty good too (except the front-bumper "pads" have some small dents). The car was driven in several parades in the past and I have some trophies, ribbons, etc. Please let me know if you are interested. I'm not sure what I would ask for it, but it will need some R&R to make it perfect (i.e. new motor mounts, cooling system flush, etc.). I drive it occassionally and really love the attention. I'm considering a sale on it to purchase another ponton.  Thanks, Marc

I gotta 230s 1966 for ya!
Hey there,
I have a 1966 230s I have had for 3 or 4 years now. I am in college and can't afford to have it anymore, and I have been trying to sell it here and there, but at a ridiculious price. I really love it; it's real cool lookin, everyone says something at the gas stations and such. It's got weird little differences from normal cars; the speedometer reads up and down adn changes three colors; there is a foot pump for the wind sheild wipers. I had a whole lot doen to it; carborators, transmission-- stuff like that.
