An old neighbor of mine has a 73 280 for sale. The car looks pretty straight and I did not see any rust. I did not have much time to examine the car but it looked "ok". I am betting one could get it pretty cheap, under a 1000.00 for sure. I was told it runs, he just drove it from Spokane to Tacoma, WA. It now resides in Tacoma, WA.
