I have been searching in vain for a 123 chassis 240 or 300D with a 4 speed to use for parts for a conversion. All the junkyards tell me the same thing: after they strip the motor, tranny, and anything else of value out they crush the rest of the car, so all the imporant bits like pedals, etc. are gone. I need the "old style" tranny with the seperate bellhousing. I am located in Western MA and would be willing to travel a bit for the right car. Please let me know if you are aware of anything that would fit the bill.
