I've had this car in Aaron's shop and he pronounced it very nice and very clean. I got this car from my brother in law who was the second owner and this car lived most of it's life in Mill Valley, CA.

Paint is in excellent condition, and there is no rust/corrosion of any kind. I've been driving it for a couple of months while I do some work on my daily driver.

The tires are maybe a year old, and they are Michelin MXV4s.
Chrome 8-hole rims. I gave the interior the leatherique treatment and its in excellent shape. My brother in law used this car as his commuter car in the Bay Area and the miles were put on from driving from Mill Valley to Redwood City every day.

This car has been meticulously maintained, and I've given it a 15k mile service in the last couple of weeks. The only thing remaining for me to do is to do a transmission service, which I'll tackle in the next week or so.

I do have several pictures of the car and can email them to any interested party. I will be posting the pictures on my site soon.

I'm a diesel nut and have really enjoyed the power of the M119 engine - it's a rocket compared to my 300D 2.5 turbo. It starts easily and is very smooth. I've not had much MB V8 experience and really think these are nice engines. Traction control is a nice addition. The stereo is stock (much better than the Becker that I have in my driver), save for the changer which is an Alpine.

No cracks in the burl wood console, old factory phone is still in the armrest.

As to the price, I'm currently asking $9500, but must sell this car and I am flexible.

I am also planning to change out the front rotors and pads, as there is a slight vibration when braking. I'll also have the tires balanced and rotated. I want to have everything taken care of so that the next owner has nothing to do but drive it away.

The work that I have done since I've had the car includes:

-- Oil and filter change (Mobil 1 15w-50, Mann filter)
-- Coolant replaced (MB stuff), new thermostat (also the hose to the thermo) It runs rock steady at 85C.
-- Replaced Air filters (Knecht)
-- Replaced headlight wipers and windshield wiper.
-- Transmission fluid and filter will be done soon.

I'll post a summary of all the other work that this car has had, and will try to post scans of the service receipts if I can find a scanner to use. This car was mostly maintained at RAB motors in Marin County, and no cost was spared.

I'm lowering the price to $9000. Haven't had much (read any) feedback on this car. This is a very clean car with a solid history. If I didn't already have a 300D 2.5 turbo, I'd keep this car in a second.

Is nobody interested in a gasser with 100k miles? These 119s are pretty tough.
