Short version- 4 of them, p/n A208 401 07 02, ET37 offset and they come with appropriate lug nuts and 3mm spacers (they'll fit nicely on your W123)
slight scratches on 2 of them, pic off the linked page, balanced well (well, my 240D wont do more than 85 so I cant tell you about speeds above that...) but they are too "bling" for me, so I'm offering them up here.
