If your car is a 1996 W210, then I believe it is the correct color for the leather. I have a 1996 E300D, and the set looks exactly like mine.

Leather Seats
I am also in SC. I sent you a pm. Will the seats fit a 95 E320? Anyone know?? If so Id like to look at them and take them off your hands.

I doubt they'll fit in the w124 - the fronts might with some custom brackets - but i beleive that the rear seats are completely different.
