pesuazo,

Of course! You live a 1/2 mile from me! I'll be outside today (Sunday) pulling the drivetrain. Come on by....I'm the first house on the left on the street across from Clayton Middle school. It's Laurel Ridge Dr., but no sign on that end of the street. I'm sure you've seen the "collection" in the driveway, however.....

Look forward to meeting you....

Klaus

Does that include the two air cells in the rear? If not, I'll take 'em!

Need wiring harnesses in battery box area.

A few weeks ago, while my '85 was not used for only 4 days during family Christmas events, some kind of rodent got under the hood and ate the insulation off most of the wiring near the battery -- and even chewed a hole in the top of the battery. I need in particular the heavy wires from the junction block near the battery to the battery and to the starter, etc., and the lighter two wire unit with connectors which seems to have something to do with the tach and the starter solenoid.

Tranny

That tranny is worth a lot more than that if it is good. i had to pay $2400 for a new one cause i couldn't find a used one for my 82 300 123.
I would think a wrecking yard would get closer to $1000 for a good used one

Wanna wagon - Yes, the struts and the air cells are sold. I do have the complete rear lever arms / control valve assembly left in good shape.

Fimum fit - The wiring harness parts you need aren't available any longer. Sorry!

In other news, however, I've decided to sell the complete engine. It was a super smooth running drivetrain with a strong turbo and another 200,000 miles of life in it. I will sell the whole thing , air cleaner to oil pan (minus only the alternator and the damaged a/c compressor, unless you really want it) for $500 and you pick it up here in Raliegh (I can help load). Had 221,000 well-maintained miles on it at the time of the accident.

Thanks!

Klaus

I finished up pulling parts of the TD this afternoon...... Thanks to all the people who have bought parts or inquired.

Here are a few big items left in the garage that need to go.... YOU PICK UP!

The drivers seat - really nice, top 10% material I'm sure. No wear on the seating surfaces and good springs (my Mom might weigh 100 pounds wet!).
A small nick on the bottom-front of armrest and small tear starting near height adjustment handle (not real noticable when installed). $50

Back seat- BEAUTIFUL! Includes levers, hinges, belts and hardware. No headrest version (no 3rd seat). $70

Exhaust- everything behind the headpipe, including center and rear muffler. ANSA brand, made in Italy, and in great shape (about 6 years old). Heck, all the stickers are still on them..... FREE!!!! I'd hate to send it to the scrap yard....

Thanks again!

Klaus

$450 actually, I can get them used out the door at that price plus tax(work at salvage yard). $275 for a good working unit from a person who KNOWS how they are suposed to shift is a killer deal! I don't think I'm going to be able to take it, so someone else step up.
