I am looking for a parts car for my 1980 300 D 5cyl. I would love to find one that has been hit because I dont need any body parts. If you have any leads let me know. Any 5 cyl turbo or non turbo. There is a free runs but needs work 300d in the 415 area code that’s is probably half way between us I am just shy of Morgan hill so I guess we shall se who gets the nerve to call the earliest. PS you will find a link to the ad on the first page of diesel discussions. Craig’s list has them often you watch the price fall from $1500 till there begging some one to take it away.

I picked the one up in Vallejo that the guy had dumped shortning into. The engine runs good so I am all set though I think I am going to do a set of rings and bearings. Once I get everything together I will be selling off parts and I will post here with what is left.
