I'm looking for a complete integrated phone system with cables, cradle, amp and roof console (I have a Becker BE 1492 installed).

I have a Becker BE1692 that I would be willing to trade.

You do realize that the original integrated 124 phone is extremely outdated (analog-only) and you won't be able to activate it anywhere unless you have a grandfathered analog-only account with someone. That being said, if you still want one I think I have 2 or 3 laying around.

What does the BE16XX look like? Does it transfer right into a 1995 W124?

The 1692 is a direct replacement, it was used in the 96-98 models. here is a picture of one.

I think it was used in the 1994/5 models too - it's the same one I have.

Let me know about the phone - it's yours for a small price if you want it.
