86' (124) looking for...

Grey MB Tex drivers seat skin and springs in good condition.

I know, I know... it's a pipe dream.

I don't have a good skin but springs maybe. Your best bet is yanking the entire seat locally where you don't have to ship anything. (Check the motor drives first of course)
If I find a grey seat better than mine I'll part with the cover, its got a worn spot on the left side of the bolster where they all wear the most

I've never had the whole thing apart (just back off seat out of the car) are there seperate spring pieces? My lower rear left spring area had a busted segment that tore up some wireing... I trimmed it, zip-tied it up and duct taped the whole bundle. This keeps it from slashing up wires but it has a nagging list to port, that isn't unbearable, but I keep thinking how nice it would be to have that firm and proper support back. I have heard horror stories about spring prices and it is not as important to me as other mechanical issues I have been dealing with but I would like to take care of it if the price is right.
I will check with some local J-yards to see what they have. Are the passenger seat springs compadable with the drivers seat? they would seem to be likley in better condition.
