A crankshaft? for the engine?

Wouldn't a crankshaft from a 350SDL be different than one out of a 300SD?

I have a crank for a 300sd (617) ... good shape.

Please let us know what your talking about.

If im correct there is a 350sdl and also a 350sd.. I need a 350 crank becasue im stroking my m104 motor and from what I read that crank will put my 2.8 to a 3.6.
Thanks

A 350SD/L crankshaft is different from the crankshaft in a 78-85 300SD but the same as the crankshaft in a 92-93 300SD and 94-95 S350.

Where do you plan to get rods and pistons to stroke an M104? Wouldn't it be easier and cheaper to get an intact C36 engine?

In reality It would not be cheaper. Im building a high rpm boosted motor. So even If I got a c36 motor I would have to have new rods/ pistons made and lots of head work. So I figuredi would just rebuild my free 2.8 m104 and it probably would be cheaper... But anyways I need the 350sdl crank....
