w123 driver side hinge and hinge attachment area cut out. the hinge broke free and I need a good attachment point with material around it to weld it in.

sorry im having so much trouble expressing my need. here are pictures I need the drivers side hinge itself. then since the round peice is ripped out of the inner fender i need the inner fender round attachment point with as much material as you can cut away so i can weld it back in. the PO ripped this off and I have been fighting it ever since I bought it. thanx
