e320 power steering pump: '96 fit in a '95?

Greetings,
The title pretty much says it all. Power steering pump on my 95 e320 sedan siezed up and I assume is a goner, and I have found a reasonably priced one from a 96 e320 with a limited warranty for sale. I know there was the body style change between those years but as I understand it the engine remained a straight six; just did not know if they were basically identical such that they used the same pump. Thank as always for your thoughts. -EHM

Go to a couple of parts sites, like Buy Parts tab at top of page. Look up the part for '95, then look up the part for '96. You can tell by the pictures and by the part no.

My guess is that they will not interchange.

Steve
