I believe the W202 is 1994 - 2000. I have a set of four MB all season mats in excellent condition for $29, plus S&H from 19446. These would normally be upwards of $90 or so (+/-) from a dealer, and will fit sedan or wagon. They came from a RWD car. Not sure if 4Matic is different.
