Not really sure that is the part #, but that is the # on the part. By the way it is an ignition control unit for a 1988 420SEL.

EPC shows the original module was 003 545 91 32 replaced by 003 545 92 32 replaced by 010 545 66 32. Maybe you misread the part number and Jim has a viable alternative.

I had a typo error... the part number is 003 545 91 32 I have 2 of them... One from a 1990-420 and one from a 1988-560 thanks for the input Sixto.
Both have the Mercedes Logo on them and are both manufactured by Siemens/Germany Jim
