Question I need a part 4 my 300D

I found out that my antifreeze holding bin has a crack in the side of it, so antifreeze runs out, does anyone know what this thing is called? It is plastic, and if anyone has an extra can you please tell me, thanks!

It would be called the overflow tank on many cars.

Can send pics via regular e-mail.

Surge tank, Expansion tank, Reservoir, whatever, this is not an overflow tank. Overflow tanks typically run at atmospheric pressure and allow the coolant to be syphoned back when the system cools enough to create a vacuum.

Since this tank runs at system pressure and is connected into the cooling system in such a way that it's failure will dump all your coolant, I would seriously consider only buying a new one! they are less than $40 and will last 10-12 years safely. with proper coolant changes.
