'81 240D 4 speed part out... (minus 4sp parts)

The car is mostly complete...but is rough. The tires are near new, and the glass and door panels are good. Picked up the car with a blown motor...it threw a rod.

I'll be pulling all the necessary 4-speed conversion parts to put in my roadster.

All else is up for grabs. Car will be gone IN ONE WEEK. I'm not messing around on this one. Let me know if you want ANYTHING as I'll be going to town on it.

If ya wanna sell it you need to describe it better. What color interior, etc, rough how, bad interior, beat up body? we need to know this....feed our minds!

Sorry I haven't given much detail as the interior I would describe as SHOT. The instrument cluster and maybe door handles is about all that'd be worth saving. The windows are manual. The two front fenders are good, bumpers are good, it's got 4 good tires (185/70 14) and it has good taillights. Both headlight doors are in bad shape, but the lights themselves are good. I am willing to pull just about anything off the motor or from the vehicles electrical system. All glass in the car is good too.

Other than that there isn't a whole lot that's usable. The interior is tan (palamino I presume?) and the exterior is burgundy.

Cruise control parts? Mostly the actuator, if it works. I've got two unknown amps.

I think I need the cruise parts for my own car actually as it says that the parts are manual specific. I've got to read the entire tranny swap post to verify the parts I need though.
