A356 T6 is the way to go for a high strength sand casting. A380 is primarily used in die casting where it works quite well.

thanx. this is what I was finding too. Much more interest is still needed for this to happen.

I got the w110 bell housing today for my prototype. Thanx for cleaning it up Brian!. But, its a no go. The engine side holes are incorrect. still working on another prototype design. will keep everyone posted. once I get something together I will start a post on the swap.
