Those "in the know" about these items are going to want to see the back and the condition of the plastic pieces that hold the switches in place, along with the two tabs at the rear where it engages the console, plus the two threaded inserts along the front edge where it attaches to the upper portion of the console.

Other than that - the finish and color look good - it will serve someone well.
