This is an item that is such a PITA to install, it is questionable economy to install a used one.

Having just pulled an M103 motor, and was trying to remove the bolt-on accessories while the motor dangled in mid-air, I'd also say that if you're going to do it, you're not going to want to do it twice.

But then again, g-d knows what the car is worth or when the rest of it will go south, so if it's your labor and skinned knuckles and not somebody you're paying, whatit matter?

Having said that, want this one? Only 178k miles on the motor. No clue if it's the original pump. Car was totaled in a front end collision, I got it running easily, but with the fan stuck up against the radiator. I can't tell you what the pump sounds like when warm.

Thx -CTH
