Sorry, I just bought one this weekend

Looking to replace my recently sold 400E

Looking for a well cared for E320 with the following:

Black or Silver (Variations OK) color

Black or Gray interior (Cream/Beige last choice)

Heated Seats
Sunroof
CD Changer

Low mileage <45K
All service and original sale documentation (Window Sticker, etc)
No Bodywork or paint repairs

Somewhere in the midwest (Cincinnati Area) travel for the right car/deal

Private sellers only.
