MB Hubbie Clocks

I've wanted a Hubbie clock ever since I first saw one. So I bought a set of hubbies and made clocks out of them. Here's mine:

I still have three others if anyone is interested. They have the patina of actual road use. I put good quality clock works in them that use a AA battery which I'll include. I painted the hands orange so they look like gauge needles.

I'd like $45 (via Paypal) which includes the cost of shipping to anywhere in the continental US. PM me if you want one. When these 3 are gone, that's it.

Here are pics of the other three I have:

Clock 1

Clock 2

Clock 3

All 3 are SOLD.

I'll post a pic of the back of one before I box them up today z168. In case you wanted to make one yourself.

I guess I could always get some more hubcaps and make more if there was a demand. (right daw?)

I'm happy to make more if anyone wants me to. But if you want to make them yourself, you can order the clock works from Klockit.com

They have decent prices and good quality clock works.

Here it is:

I used a rubber band so the "heavy duty" hanger would reach the nail on the wall. The curve of the hubcap keeps the clock works about 1-2 inches away from the wall.

I'd rather have an alloy MB wheel clock . . . .

One of my daughter's friends gave her a Dali-inspired, melted vinyl record clock for Christmas. I was quite impressed with the creativity.

That would be a mantel clock. It would be cool with a wheel chock on each side to keep it from rolling.

You're just bursting with ideas, Chad. You know, I'll bet we could get a nice business going with you building prototypes, me selling the products, and someone who needs a job doing the actual production work.

I'd do the production work too. I'm not a good salesman. Maybe you could sell my glass art too.

Only in spirit. I was a little bit too young to make that trip.
